About Me
I can remember back at the age of 7, wanting to be a massage therapist when I grew up. I achieved my dream at Elgin Community College and graduated in 2005 from the Massage Therapy program. Since then, I have been dedicated in continuously educating myself on the best treatment techniques and modalities in order to achieve the best results for my clients. I specialize in Myofascial Release and have studied directly with the founder of the therapy in Sedona, Arizona. I also enjoy practicing deep tissue and sports therapies. I have had the privilege in working with elite tri-athletes from Multi Sport Madness and top professional athletes in the NBA during the summer at Attack Athletics.
I am empathic, compassionate and honest, with a strong desire to make a positive difference in the well-being of others.
I have studied many different modalities and have worked with various soft tissue needs and injuries resulting from strains/ sprains, chronic issues, muscle spasm and everyday life. I like to utilize many techniques into a session and incorporate stretching in order to personalize each session to what your body needs and what you want.
